bio pellets and vinegar

I know , but does anyone or could you run bio pellets and dose vinegar, and yes both methods are carbon dossing but have to ask.

From what I have read elsewhere, you can use both at the same time - just watch that you don't overdo and get a bacterial bloom. Not sure what the advantage to using both would be but don't see why you couldn't.

You can do it, just not sure why you want to.

I agree. why? both serve the same purpose. unles the pellets arent keeping up, then I can see why you might add in more carbon.
