Biocube 16 lighting?

What do you guys set your biocube lighting to?

I have mostly LPS, but I do have a Birdsnest.

-several zoas
-brain coral
-Maze coral
-2 hammers
-toadstool

The tank is only 5 months old.

I'd love to help, but we'd really need to know how big your bio-cube is (volume and depth of water) and what make/brand/model of light you have. I assume it's an led fixture?
