Biopellet reactor or a refugium????

looking for options for my frag /grow out tank I have a emerald 39 sump so I have a decent amount of space for a refugium or a biopellet reactor external and run bio blocks in the sump

I would say BPs due to you not having any fish or other livestock to feed.
