I received a complimentary frag green bird’s nest, which was thriving initially. However, it began to decline. I have since trimmed the end, and it is now in a state of decline. The perimeter appears to be in control, and all other corals are thriving.

The rock was from the LFS, which was the only source they had at the time. One of my concerns is that the rock may be leeching something out?

My thoughts, I don't know what it was painted with. Never seen anything like it. Now to help get you help, what are your actual parameters. Tank age, other coral, water source, lights, tank size, full tank picture. Ect.

The one on the right has polyps near the tip, pretty much a goner.
The left one is bleached with polyps. There may be slim hope.
It's tucked away with probably no flow, strike one.
Lights?
Nutrients?
Flow?
Parameters?

Don't know pennywize but sounds like enough light. Do you know par?

How often do you dose? What is the reason for dosage or dosing?

I don’t have a par meter put the schedule has a chart the person who created it tested it. The tank has a VOYAGER NANO POWER HEAD only dose every other day hoping for growth
