Good morning guys,

Woke up this morning and saw this on my frogspawn is it BJD? Doesn't look Brown it's more of a white mucus. If so how do I treat it? Help and thanks.

No not BJD, but not good either. Don’t see other corals around so coral warfare is unlikely. Could be a fish picking at it.

Should I dip it in iodine perhaps?

Iodine dips tend to be very harsh on the corals themselves, so your coral might not survive it.

I think in severe cases like this, you can only save the coral in a quarantine tank with antibiotics (assuming it's a bacterial issue) and something against the opportunistic protozoans that follow once the coral is weakened.
