Has anyone come across black cyano (which most likely is not cyano)? Looks and acts very similar to Cyano, growing in one spot like a mat. Blows off with a turkey baster. But did not react to chemi-cleam treatment.

Sure does look like it. Is there a proven treatment option?
I don’t know of any cures.

I have only read tales that it might be a tougher cyanobacteria to get rid of.
