Black slime ... any thoughts

I got it on a online action it seems to be doing ok but it doesn’t open up very big and this slime well algae is making me worried

Can you take a soft brush to it and gently rub it to see if it will come off.

that’s it in white lights after I pulled it off with out going into the heads

I just lost my toxic hammer coral the same way... started to shrivel up then developed black slime and then just fell apart... tries dipping it in revive, but it was gone... The smell was out of this world... stunk my entire house up... I threw up all over my counter top, it was that bad... good lord

I would give it a smell... hahahahahha! Wilk tell you right away if its a goner...
