Considering adding a Blade Coral Grow to complement my existing 2 Prime 16HD lights because there are shadows in my tank. Anyone tried it? How did you like it? Thanks for any input!

Tank dimension: Length 34.79” Width: 16” Height: 12.99”

I have a 12" grow and glow on a 9gal tank deskmate. It's a small tank so they work great. The only shadows are under overhangs. They are surprisingly powerful. At least on a small tank. We are getting 200par on the top rock at 35%. I had to turn it down a little. With the AI app I would assume they will program right in with your primes. Seems like a good choice for supplemental lighting.

I heard they’re really strong lights even for a big tank. Thanks for your input!

That's good to hear, especially since there site shows par maxing out at like 40.

I have added one to my system. I run two xr15s gen 5 blues with a 36” blade. it helped with the shadow and gave me a ph boost.
Did you get the Coral grow or glow? Also what percentage do you run them at? I heard a lot of people saying their corals weren’t happy because the lights were too strong.

I run my radions at 75% and my blade at 65% I have the grow.

I really like mine however I was disappointed it doesn’t really come with any real mount. Aside from plastic Sleeves that can hold it to the edge of a tank. I hate how everything is extra in this hobby.

I have a 21" grow over a 20x20x18 30g tank set at 65%. I was getting 110 par at the sand bed and around 200 at the top of the rocks about 8" under the surface. I got the tall tank mounts for mine to get better spread. Probably should have gone with 2-12" one grow one glow but it grew euphilia, rfas, and zoas fine. its just keeping the rfas happy at the moment. They are plenty powerful enough to be a stand alone will work great as fill too just watch the output on them.
