Bleached hammer and torch?

I’ve had these guys for about a month now. Started off fine, but never fully extended. I think they might be getting to much light so I just moved them to the sand bed.

parameters are:
Alk 8.2 dkh
Calcium 400ppm
Mag 1380ppm
No3 6.8 Ppm
Po4 .03 ppm
PH 8.2
Salinity 35ppt

I had them at the highest point in my tank so I’m thinking it’s probably to much light.

agreed 100%. keep down there a while and move up slowly
