I have only had this birds nest frag in the tank for about 3 days. I got several frags from TSA on Friday. They all look great, they all opened up within a day. Except this stylo.. it’s got a decent sized white spot that includes some or the encrusting on the plug, that area isn’t opened up but the rest of it seems happy. I have the coral about mid level, with medium/high flow. AI Prime 16 running at about 55% intensity. 2309669E-4536-4467-BDD6-3D83666CB3BB.jpeg B754CE1D-C0B0-43E4-84C7-68DB93CA5C26.jpeg

is this bleaching? Chemistry issue?

moderate light and water flow !!
How did you acclimate this coral?
Ph is getting high - Are you using RODI water ? Range should be 8.1-8.3. Yours is high in alkalinity
What test kits are you using ?

ph and alk I use Hanna checkers. Yes always rodi

Dip it in an iodine dip and see if it helps. Its definitely not liking something in the water, the params or lights etc...
