I purchased what was supposed to be a Sailfin Blenny but I believe it’s actually a Starry Blenny. It’s about 3 inches long already, mostly black/dark brown with some white/lighter colored stripes and white in front of the pectoral fins, on the face (especially mouth), and cirri. The tail and bottom of the bottom near the tail appear lighter brown or orange in the light. What are your thoughts?

yup looks like a starry to me. I have one in my display, huge personality and voracious appetite (and round belly)
