Blue Flasher Wrasse in a 50?

Hi! So I've been planning out a Macro Algae / NPS Tank from an Old 50 gallon I have, and was wondering if a Blue Flasher Wrasse ( Paracheilinus cyaneus ) in a 50? The Tank dimensions are 36"L x 15"W x 20"H and all the other fish are peaceful.

I wouldn’t want to go much smaller than 50 for that fish, but should be fine.
