I'm assuming your talkin moonlighting? if so depends what your trying to do. If you want to te replicate moon cycles then google a location for moon cycle tables. I'm not sure if you have a controller but Apex has a module which replicates moon cycles. If you're not interested in moon cycles, it's really up to you how long you want them on and times they're on. Fish and coral don't really care when those things are on and is more for your viewing pleasure.
