Blue Tang is Weird

I recently took my fish out of a medicated qt and my blue tang is following my blue mandarin goby everywhere and trying to snuggle with it from what i can tell. This is just weird, though it was always a weird fish. It is not attacking it with its tail, just gently caressing it with its head. The mandarin is like, get away from me while i eat copepods all day. Whats going on here?

Funny you should mention that, I had a butthead of a Flame Angel that was mean with everyone else but would do something similar with my green mandarin. Never bit it, chased it, just followed it around kind of nuzzling it. It definitely was getting on the mandy's nerves though. I have never seen a fish that could show a PO'ed look on it's face, but the mandarin sure came close.
 
Hippo tang is a highly twitchy and idiosyncratic fish.

That’s hilarious, Regal follows my Green Mandarin everywhere. Same thing, my Dragonet looks at him like, dude get a life and let me eat critters
