Need clearer pics under white lighting. They are susceptible to velvet and want to confirm before moving forward with recommendations
Pic is blurry but looking possibly like velvet opposed to ich and cryptocaryon. Here is another
She hasnt been scratching or swimming into the flow, she just is laying on the ground and floating upside down. She appears to be losing color, I havnt seen any white dots or “fuzz” like when I had a velvet outbreak. I used prazipro the first time upon either your’s or Jay’s recommendation and it seemed to go away. I used one dose. I re dosed with it this morning. I hope it isnt velvet, not ready to lose all my fish again to thatPic is blurry but looking possibly like velvet opposed to ich and cryptocaryon.
Some signs of velvet will be swimming in the path of water flow, Scratching body against hard objects, Fish is lethargic, Loss of appetite and weight loss, Rapid, labored breathing and Fins clamped against the body

Yes and yesMan that looks pretty bad, do you dose prazipro in the main tank? is the fish breathing heavily?
Yes that’s some of the signs. Pics in your hand show skin blemishes from scratching from what it appears opposed to velvet or scratching from flukesIts like she cant swim she just kinda tumbles around and Ive found her upside down on the sand a couple times
So I have 3 tanks, the damsel was in my 32. All fish died in there. Ive had the blue face in this tank for a couple weeks. Ive decided no on the regal because of the blue face. I havnt added any new fish other than my yellow tang a week ago.The main tank is not spiked with medication, I'm not sure if prazipro is gentle on corals but I can tell you have corals in your tank, please correct me if I'm wrong: did you have any problems with sick damsels recently?? I'm looking at some posts that are yours (placed here in the "similar threads" section) and it seems that you had disease problems in the main tank, bad idea to add new fish and as delicate as the Blue face angel, you also ask even for Regal angelfish; you should solve your problem in the main tank first before you think about adding more fish IMO, your blue face angel doesn't look good at all, I'm sure medicating with copper will even kill it before it helps, I'd bet on Paraguard than It's softer, just to save a little time, but it seems to me that it's too late...
isolate her in a QT tank and observe the other fish?Yes that’s some of the signs. Pics in your hand show skin blemishes from scratching from what it appears opposed to velvet or scratching from flukes
Yes, that will workShould I
isolate her in a QT tank and observe the other fish?
Yes, that will work
Observe daily for signs. Most disease have no timelineHow long before I know if the other fish show signs of itv
Is the angel still alive?
She passed. And yes I will post a video when I get home of the other fish. My boyfriend says they all appear normal. But I will for sure post later! Is the angel still alive?
When did it get the first dose of Prazipro?
You probably won’t be able to save it, once fish go upside down, that usually means they are close to the end.
My concern now is with the other fish. Can you post a video, I want to check their respiration rate …
