Bluetooth unable to connect radion g5

Tried all the trouble shooting steps unable to connect one of my radion g5 via the app, just says unable to connect, tried setting up new tank and the radion is not showing any ideas please

Try selecting the Radion that isn’t connecting. On the next screen there will be an option to “Connect Directly”.

If that doesn’t work, try unplugging the power cord and repeating the above.

Welcome! I haven't had any problems with the g5, however I have a few g4 this has happened to. If a power cycle did not work I would factory reset and always worked.

Try to reset phone and Modem. If no luck. . . . . .
Then go to the light:
1. Unplug the Radion that cannot be found FIRST from the computer and THEN from power.
2. Reconnect the Radion to power.
3. Then reconnect the Radion that cannot be found to the computer using the USB cord.
4. Right-click on the Connection Manager and select Factory Reset.
5. Repeat setup procedure.

Reset procedure:
Press and hold the center button until all buttons flash red, white and blue then release.
Press and hold all 3 buttons until the buttons flash red and purple then release.
Press and hold the outer 2 buttons until the Radion resets then release.
**If successfully factory reset, your Radion buttons will now be solid amber*

I would not be surprised if the RF or BT chip in this case is incorrectly placed, it is only to check if it is well in place and push it.
