Is it possible to turn the adjustment screw too far? Water pressure dropped this morning so I was trying to adjust the pump to increase the pressure. After turning it several times it feels like it just spins. There's no tension like there usually is.
 
You may have to call customer support for that.

Which boseter pump are using?
