But I must compliment you on your tank! @Ohashimz , you seem to be maken excuses for your tank. Perhaps you don't think it's as good as you would like, but I will say it looks amazing! You should be very proud...

@Scott Christenson great idea on this thread. I really hope this style of thread takes off and more people do this. Am learning so much from you both. I thank you both.

1- rowaphos is in a sock now
2- I used 13 tbsp following the directions
3- optical illusion, nothing is in the socks except for the rowaphos now ;)

Great on all.
Rowaphos media should not run dry, just have it in high flow area but it should not be so splashy area that media keep get disturbed.
I usually put it in one of the baffles area between the skimmer compartment and the return pumo.
But it's up to you and based on your sump situstion.
