Bought two Hellfire torches, don’t look anything alike

I’m new to the torch world, wanted to dip my toes in. Bought the smaller torch on the left from a vender here on R2R as a Hellfire. Bought the back larger one from a local reefer also as a Hellfire.

They obviously look nothing alike, will the smaller one color up eventually or are the Helfire variants that much different?

No expert but I believe you have a hellfire and a dragon soul. If the darker one has a green mouth it could be NY nix
