Bourbon & Reefing

Full disclosure.....this is meant to be a fun thread and likely will not provide much useful information, but does anyone find sipping a good bourbon & watching your reef tank as much fun as I do?

I like to drink beers and enjoy my reef. Years ago bourbon was in there. Don’t enjoy the hard stuff as much anymore. Still like to sip on a good tequila from time to time. I drink a lot of non alcoholic beers now. Big fan of the Lagunitas IPNA. Pretty tasty NA.

Nope. Can't stand the taste of alcohol. Works out great for the wife since I'm always her designated driver.

Opened one of these and watched the tank. I love a good bourbon while I watch the tank. In fact, I’m putting a bourbon bar and cigar lounge nearby so I can watch the tank! Just ordered my industrial smoke eater!!

I used to hit the hard stuff....Cuervo Black Medallion...but I had to stop that. I can probably sneak some spiced rum into the house now for the holidays.

I had one Switchback Ale yesterday and went to bed...that leaves 5 more for the weekend ;) .

I haven’t found anymore solid NAs. Lagunitas also makes something called a hoppy refresher. Reminds me of a hoppy Jones soda. My girlfriend likes it more than I do, but I do think it’s an enjoyable alternative. The brown bottle clausthaler isn’t bad.

I actually like the Heineken NA :cool: .

Sam Adams, Just the Haze is ok. I usually start with a NA beer with dinner so as long as it is relatively refreshing...I soon hit the harder stuff, then fall asleep.
