Can branching and none branching frogspawn which may be an octo spawn be close to each other?

My none branching frog spawn closes up through out the day randomly. This tank has no fish no crabs, 100% corals.

Nitrogen 10 and lower
Phosphate .05
Mag. 1500
Calcium 450-500
PH 8.4
ALK 10-14

Yes you can keep any type of frogspawn next to each other. Does the coral close up a lot? I have some corals that will occasionally close up for maximum 10 minutes. Correct term for the "Non" branching frospawn would be "walling" btw.
