branching frogspawn splitting question

so i got this single head frag from a friend about a month and a half ago and it recently started to split. but the other day i noticed that new head that was forming isn’t connect to the branch. what should i do??

i guess i worded it sort of wrong lol. sorry english isn’t my first language. but i guess what i really meant to ask is if it’s okay to be like that. semi new to the hobby and never had a euphyllia split before so not sure how the branch grows.
