I have a 3 chamber sump.
Tunze 9004 (sock if I use it ) in the first chamber Refugium second pump third.

Only thing I saw on the new sump is the baffles seemed odd. One over under over , one just under.

My first is over under over then over.

Not poly pad , filter floss.

I hate changing socks every week.
Mine was in the first chamber with the skimmer.

I will go check the shop to see what acrylic I have laying around. So I could give you something that simple...but do you want some filter socks or a filter cup? What is the dimensions you want so it will fit you new stand?

33"x33" not 100% on the height yet. Whatever fits Andrew the best. Will this fit in a standard sized tank? Sock or cup? I don't know. Never had either. Easiest?

sounds like he is offering to make the entire sump not just baffles. My suggestion would be add at lease a filter sock place and if you don't want to use it later you don't have to.

Measure the inside of your stand and figure out how much of it you want to use for your sump. You also got to be able to get it in there and get to any equipment inside the sump fairly easily.

I am trying to understand my sump. In this pic...bottom chamber filter media, center chamber fuge/skimmer, not sure what the triple panes are for, top chamber return pump?

That's a 20 high. 24x12x16, right?

How in the world did you know that?

I think I have seen a few tanks in my life. It's like someone who works at a dress shop and can look at a customer and say "Size 6, right?" LOL!

Hey we can build this by committee if you like? I checked the shop and I have some 1/4" clear, white and black. I also have some 1/2" clear and blue. All acrylic is cell cast the best for aquariums and sumps (except the white). I have two CNC machines as well so I can program a few things with out a problem.

Have Andrew weigh in on the design he might want.
