I don't believe for a second sodium has a thing to do with it. Sorry folks, but, nope I don't.

Mine was stress, smoking and super elevated calcium. I have always had perfect blood pressure and low cholesterol. I now have high blood pressure caused by the stroke and zero cholesterol.

I like salty food as well, and I have great cholesterol numbers when I get a physical every year and my BP stays around 120/70... I am only 33 years old, so that may have something to do with it.
