I run two of the ice cap fans they sale on BRS, they run quiet and seem to keep the temp and humidity down. My stand is enclosed because we didn’t want the fuge light invading the bedroom. I one blowing in and one blowing out.

I’d go with dc fans.

As most stuff is now dc , myself I wind up getting rid of the ton of small 12 and 24v dc power supplies and went with several larger amperage 12 and 24 v dc supplies.
Besides space saving at the power strips it also helps the pumps run longer.
