I was wondering if I should paint the back of the tank? I think I'll experiment with construction paper before it gets wet. I also thought about window cling.

black background, 110%!I was wondering if I should paint the back of the tank? I think I'll experiment with construction paper before it gets wet. I also thought about window cling.
Does everybody think this hard about a new build? So many things to consider. It's almost like building a real house.

I very much love things with character that need a little TLC to make them beautiful again. New houses would overwhelm me. I do well if I'm allowed choices of things, not free range. I like a challenge of making things "work" like retro fitting.I love old Victorians! Building a house and remodeling a house a two entirely different things.
I used windo tint for mine, it came out nice. Piece of advice I got and I think it worked. I put nail polish top coat around the entire edge of the tint to keep water from getting under it.I was wondering if I should paint the back of the tank? And then sfin chimes in with logic!unless you scrape the back what's the point of painting it or using a background?
I can't stand a coraline covered back glass... mine is perfectly clean and black.unless you scrape the back what's the point of painting it or using a background?
I actually wondered what frosted glass would look like on the back.
