It’s time for a new build for me while saving money for another project! Had some spare parts laying around so decided to do a little pico vase.
Parts list
Light- Par38 full spectrum
Tank- some vase I grabbed out of my moms cabinet... (don’t show her this...)
Flow- will be using an Amazon special 50w pump.
heater- no heater don’t need one here

let’s see how this goes. Waiting on the pump to come tonight so tank may be wet tonight.

The tank is wet!!
I need to go get some export for the rocks and the tank needs to clear but I think this will be a cool build! Picking up some frags this weekend so I might frag some new zoas and stuff to put in the tank!

The par38 lights seem bright, im looking forward to this build!
 
Hey a perfect lid for that to slow evaporation is an inverted garden dish clear plastic lid from wal mart they set potted plants in, garden section, inverted it will rest just inside the top lip /

nice setup, certain to work great w that light

Thank you! It’s bright alright. I’m used to an ai prime and t5s. The t5s appear dimmer to the eyes then this and obv the ai prime is brighter
