Found a few of these in our tank. I knew I had bristle worms but this is a new one to me. Stretched out across the bottom of the tank he was about 18 inches. The picture is the bottom of a 75g so you have a reference. Just curious if it is a bristle worm or something different.

It’s a bristle. Segmented worms with bristly tufts extending from each of their segments. They can grow very large reaching up to 24 inches in length but most are between 2-6 inches long. Theyre nocturnal and tend to stay in or under a live rock or within the substrate.
The Bobbit gets long also but you’ll know a bobbit when you see one
