I woke up today and my bristle tooth tang has mostly just been hanging out on the bottom. This is really unusual and I’m worried he might be sick. What do y’all think?

I see lots of white spots. It appears to have ich. I’d get it out and start treatment

Those are actually blue dots he’s normally has. He has also started swimming more normal now and come out a little more. Should I still treat for ich just to be safe? Also I don’t have a qt is it ok to treat whole tank?

I took a screenshot from the video. The spots are quite visible. I’d definitely not wait to treat for ich.

Can I treat the whole tank?
I am not an expert on treatment. But I would remove all fish and do the Tank Transfer Method and leave the display fallow for at least 45 days and QT all fish before adding them in. Once a parasite is in, it will always be there unless action is taken.
