broken eb832

I have a couple eb832 that had the classic failed power supply in them. Ended up being a single blown cap in each of them. I pulled both power supplies and replaced them with new ones. Out of the 2, one is functioning the way it should, the other is not. The apex head unit does not detect it. It has the rapid blinking LED light on the front. I will randomly get a buzzing sound and a clicking sound when plugged in. I cannot see or find any obvious failure point or burn marks. Below are some pics and a quick video link. Hi did you find a resolution? I have a similar issue, except when I reconnect the 12V PSU the PSU will also blink red
