brown/beige sort of translucent with red line on one end

sorry pic isn't the best but just noticed these on my glass. they have a defined red line on one end and are mostly a brownish see-thru like color.

what are they?

do they look flat? it's hard to tell by the picture but it could be a flatworm.

and not the harmless kind either…

these guys smother once their population booms,

i'd start doing research on flatworms, figure out what type you've got, and find something that works for you.
