I got a frogspawn a couple weeks ago and today I have noticed these brown/red tube-looking things coming out of the skeleton. Should I be worried about this? Is it some sort of disease or pest?

vermetid snails. harmless although can irritate neighboring corals due to its slime that it uses to trap food. you can glue over and crush outside of the tank
