Does anyone have recommendations or a protocol as to what to do "Post Brown Jelly" which does not require nuking the tank with antibiotics? I'm not going to do that. All of my corals kicked the bucket. Right now I'm doing huge water changes (maybe 30%) every four days and filtering at 100%. I've also added the activated carbon filter and circulation pumps are at 100%. These were all AI recommendations. So how long should I wait to introduce new corals, (which will be quarantined in a separate tank in the future)? Is there anything that should be done to scrub down the sump? I'm scrubbing the gravel and rock work and I find no evidence of Brown Jelly slime anymore. And what about UV lighting in the sump? I'm open and would appreciate any advice you may have to rid my tank of this scourge. My water is cristal clear. Unless anyone tells me otherwise, I'm planning on reintroducing a few coral over the upcoming months, after quarantining. (Redsea Peninsula 350 G2) Thanks for any advice.
