Brown SPS polyps

Anyone know what cause SPS to have brown polyps ?

SPS color is ok but has full extend 'brown' polyps.

Some of my SPS polyps color have changed from what they used to be.

If you have knowledge or experience please assist.

Maybe you misunderstood my original post. I said that some sps polyps are brown, not all sps polyps are brown. I understood your second post as "sps don't have brown polyps". Am I incorrect? That is why I posted that photo.

I am assuming you also feel that the polyps on the Spongodes are brown. Your photos look like all sorts of polyp colors to me.

I hope that cleared any confusion that my posts may have made. If your corals originally had a colored polyps, but now they are brown polyps, then that information would be helpful. I have never heard of the zooxanthellae maintaining good color but the polyps browning out. Is it all of your SPS?

I'm having problem mostly with miliopora and some acros.

For example, Sunset miliopora used to have bright green polyps but now have white dull color.
