BRS Let me down...

I bought 10 Ml Zeobak off BRS. When I have been adding to my tank it seems to be making things worse. So I want to return it. They wont take a return on it...

How silly, I hear great things about them but yet they dont care. I chatted with them and no solution is offered just we cant take it back.

The thing about Amazon.com is they would return it open or not. Going forward Ill buy some amazon, most of the time its cheaper and all the time its really the same price anyways.

To bad BRS cant make exceptions even when I spent a lot of money with them and this is my first issue. You think they would take that into count.

Amazon will. They should make you want to come back. Not just say no.

I also have returned open solution at petco no problem and dr Foster with dog food my dog did not like.
