RODI system is brand new and the first canister had a leak. I was able to remove it and found that the o-ring is damaged. Will a normal o-ring at home depot or lowes do the job or do I need to order it from BRS?

If you can get the right size O-ring it should be fine.

I would just speak to BRS customer service and they will probably send you a new one.

Well so far this is the second thing wrong with the system. The faucet adapter is missing the compression nut and I emailed them about that but no response. Emailed them about the o-ring as well but tbh this has not been the greatest experience.
