BRS RODI Sysetem Resin won’t fill up

Is it normal for the water to not go up all the way on the Resin cartridge? Mine seems to do that and anyway how to fix it?

It's normal. Don't worry about it.

It doesn't matter but if it bothers you you take the wrench and loosen the canister. The air leaks out the top. Snug it back when full.

No. No effect at all. It's just a trapped bubble and the water flows by it between the inner and outer cannisters.

Mine has always worked that way. Never thought twice about it. Sometimes it's a quarter of the way up, sometimes not.
