Bryopsis or something else?

I used to have bryopsis and I got rid of it using this white medicine powder from LFS. However I can't seem to get rid of this different species and it's overunning the rockscape. I don't have much CUC left and need to get some anyways but if it's bryopsis I don't know if it'll help anyways.

I have low NO3 and PO4 as I dose nopox
