BTA: 1 tentacle inflated

Hi reef peeps,
I recently got a BTA which seems overall healthy and happy except that only 1 tentacle is very inflated? Like a little balloon. It’s bizarre. The rest are long (not bubbled). It was this way when I received it from its previous owner. Any experience with this?

I wouldn't worry about it....probably just a physical anomaly

Maybe it's giving you the finger (?)

hence the name "BUBBLE tip anemone"
i wish mine were bubbly but they always seem to be the spaghetti noodle variety.

Haha, right, this particular one is also very noodley… but just 1 tentacle is very inflated. Like a big grape!

maybe its the beginnings of some bubbles! :)
