Was given to LFS as bubble tip but can’t find any that looks similar to it. Asked in FB group and one person said it’s a Malu. Any help identifying it will be appreciated it

Clear picture of the column, the foot, the mouth and the tentacles are needed to ID anemones. We may not need all of those pictures, but these are the characteristic that differentiated one host anemone from the other.

Right off the bat, with just that one picture (Blue picture does not count) It does not look like a BTA. It does not have the radial like from the mouth like BTA should have.

Look at the mouth. BTA has white lines radiated from it. Sometime just one other time many lines but always there is at least 1 line.
I can't stress enough. Clear pictures are what we needed to ID an anemone.

White lines are exclusive to BTA, but BTA can be found without white lines. I vote BTA based on the white light photo.

Agree with this, more pictures would be helpful. The green mouth is unusual for both BTA and Malu.

Not all anemones with radial lines are BTA. LTAs have a lot of radial lines but not the same.
I relied on multiple characteristic, some more reliable than others to ID an animal.
