Hello,
I am going to qt my bta for 16 days per humblefish's recommendation. Im wondering about light requirements? I want the budget friendly option. All I have on it now is a 24 w full spectrum led grow light. Its pink. I used it before for growing plants. Would that suffice? If not is there something I could get at like home depot? Thank you!

I think the full spectrum light should be fine for QT. Just take care not to blast the BTA too hard with light, mount it high if necessary.

Ok thank you! Hopefully this is ok? I had another bta that died in my qt set up and parameters were all near perfect so Im wondering if it was the light or disease

I wouldn't use that light. You can get a cheap reef light for not too expensive. Noopsyches minis are super cheap and excellent lights. There are also some cheaper options.

I'm wondering if the phosphate test number is an error because there's no rock in the tank and a water change would simply remove all of it. However, high phosphate shouldn't matter. The nitrate isn't a concern if the anemone is being fed.

I have no idea Ive checked multiple times its usually around 0.20. I cant imagine that would kill it though.
I was feeding one time per week

I think the lighting is more of a concern than the water unless the flow is poor.

I have a very small powerhead and air bubbler in there and then the hob so it's decent. Do you have a recommendation of an inexpensive light?

The best cheap light would be a noopsyche mini (really a great bang for your buck). The next is half the power but $10 cheaper which is the nicrew 30w. Next would be a par38 reef bulb.

What diseases are nem susceptible to?

I don't know specific names but I wouldn't suspect disease. Some anemones can get bacterial infections and what not but I wouldn't suspect that unless it has open wounds and has tissue dying.
