BTA Race against Death

I ordered 3 BTAs on forum. The seller shipped them Friday overnight with Usps and it did not come till monday noon. So 3 day without heatpad weather around 35-40degree. They make it and look so bad.
Just put them in a glass cup in my tank, showing some good sign, still attach to the rock. But heavily bleach :)

Sorry to hear this but, this should fall back on the seller. Any time you ship overnight on a Friday through UPS the package gets delivered on Monday. The seller should have shipped overnight with Saturday delivery or waited to ship until Monday so it would be delivered on Tuesday.

Contact seller but he did not want you respond, did not want to report on reef2reef but I will contact paypal this case

One make it, the other 2 did not, mouth close root into the rock, but the tentacles were damaged bleach, I think he will be fine after few weeks, I will feed him some food next week

It was not all on him, I was trying to figure out maybe I cover 50% of the losses, but hen never get back to me, so I just deal directly with paypal
