Hey team, still new to nems. Does this look like it’s splitting? It’s been meandering around the cup for a week or two now trying out different flows and lighting, but hasn’t left the cup.

Any help would be great!!!

It doesn't look like it, unless it's in very early stages. When it starts to split it will look like its ripping itself in half, starting to split typically at one outside point and moving in toward the mouth.

Did you get that in NC?

That looks like one of mine :p

I didn’t, I got it from a guy in NJ. Really enjoying the colors, especially when it bubbles up!

Mine started doing the double foot thing (attaching the foot in two different places) for about 2 months before it finally split at the 6 month mark of owning mine.

Mine just split, like yours it had its feet in two different places and then split overnight. Pretty cool little guys!
