Bought a new skimmer for my marine x 60.2. Down sized from my dalua GW-7 DC to this bubble curve 5 elite. The dalua was way too oversized for this tank lol. I have it for sale here but doesn’t look like anybody is interested. I’m thinking about saving it for when I move into a bigger house and get a bigger tank. Started pulling skimmate right away. Very nice skimmer!

It took me almost two months to break in my curve 5. Was about to throw it out. But now it works very well. Glad I didn’t give up on it

I've had a curve 7 for yrs, prob 7-8 yrs now. Only problems I've had were 1-2 impellers. Believe the impeller cracked on one, other magnet cracked. Also had a complete motor go bad.

I had to put it really shallow because I couldn’t stop it from overflowing. After the two months, I was able to bring it deeper. Outside of that, been a tank
