I just put one pn my 20 high today. So far, so good.

I installed one a few days ago and it's doing the same thing. At first it was overflowing the cup but now the bubbles don't make it into the cup.

I bought the Bubble Magus qq1 and it had 5 days with no skimming, until i introduce a little piece of a shirt hold with a paper clip and suddenly it begun skimming. I am supposing that this is a temporary solution until it getting dirty and start skimming without any help.

You need to cover the air hole with your finger and pour about a gallon of water where the skim cup goes (remove the cup and pour the water in the hole where it goes). Make sure you are plugging the airhole with your finger the entire time while you are pouring water in to prime it. If you remove your finger you need to start over. You need to make sure water is flowing through the intake pipe pictured below.

Dude thank you so much for this. My QQ3 didn't come with any instructions and after multiple google searches, yours is the only answer that got it working!.
