Bubble Magus QQ3 Help!

I just purchased this protein skimmer today and I’m trying to get it started but all it is doing is overflowing super quick and I have to keep turning it off and emptying it and retrying but it ends up doing the same thing. Any help would be great thanks!

It can take skimmers a few weeks to break in. Make sure the skimmer is in the recommended water depth. Try adjusting the knob to both extremes, If it keeps over flowing, take off the lid, and/or remove the drain tube and let it go for a week then try to dial it in again.

I don’t have a Nob to adjust the air but it’s a Bubble Magus QQ3 HOB. I can’t even run it without it having water come out of the top and going on the floor
