Hey guys, I still get micro bubbles from QQ3. I already have it for almost 2 days also my foam doesn’t look right I think.
Any help to remove the microbubbles and set the skimmer the right way up…?

Thanks

Hello. I did face the same issue regarding the QQ3… the best solution I’ve found was to remove the foam patch and filling the space with some filtering wool instead. There is some kind of flaw with the unit so the lid does not fully attach to the main body letting bubbles escape. Try with the wool and give it a day or 2 and let me know how it did work out for you ;) if it doesn’t it needs to be the hard way… elastics… doesn’t look the best but hey, worked for me and it’s lot better than unhappy residents because of micro bubbles…
