Bubble tip anemone hosts cleaner shrimp

Not really sure what's going on here, I have a nem at the water line and ever since I added the cleaner shrimp he stayed at the surface and hung around the nem. Now he feels perfectly comfortable sitting in the middle of it and climbing over its tentacles.

My cleaner shrimp tries to do the same and then the anemone gets mad and closes up

This is a split from a nem I've had for a while, it hosted porcelain crabs and plenty of clowns. Maybe it thinks the cleaner shrimp is a porcelain crab
