Hey all, new here. This is my Hello Reef tank that's been running for a year now. It's had some up's and downs of course through that time, but this is as it sits now. It has a pair of clowns,a Green Dragonet trained on dry foods,Halloween hermit, blue hermit, and a well stocked snail clean up crew. Including adding a 14oz jar of pods every 3 water changes. I had also been stocking the tank with large quantities of copepods for a few months before adding fish after my cycle was finished.
I water change 5 gallons a week,run a protein skimmer, floss changed daily,and I run 2 heaters on an inkbird.I also run chemipure elite and change it every 2 weeks.
My lighting is pretty easy,I had run an AI prime for a good while,but wanted a bit more,so now the tank runs an EcoTech XR15 G6 Blue, on AB+ @ 60%.
Water movement is done by a MP10.
I also use an ATO.
Testing of Phosphates and Nitrates are done weekly with Hannah meters.
Corals are mixed,lots of zoas and palys. A good mushroom or 2 and a smattering of sps. I also keep 2 bubble Tip Anemones, a green and a quad color.
Fish are fed 1-2 a day with Prime Reef flake,pellets or frozen mysis. Coral is fed Reef Energy AB+ 1-2 times weekly.
