Bubble Tip Anemone w/ its Clowns.

Absolutely right! As long as the ups outweigh the downs, we're doing ok. I've been very interested in adding a setosa. Was it close to this size when you got it? I love the growth pattern, and yours is colored nicely!

This Setosa is so vibrant.

Yea it was pretty well established when I got it. I placed it lower down the rock work and it seems happy (fingers crossed) It usually gives pretty good polyp extension throughout the day.
The color is definitely cool isn't it? Sometimes it's sorta pink looking.

Yeah, usually they're way more orange. I'm wondering if it's bc of where you placed it, that you're getting such unique coloration. I want to put a nice colony where the X is in this picture. If it spreads out like yours, it'll be stunning there. It is a high light area though.

Nice looking tank. Yea that would be a good place looks wise to place one. What kinda lighting do you have?

I should also say,I have a pretty good 1:1 with my coral lady and she runs similar lights and schedules to me so the coral are sorta use to my setup when they arrived.

Going to LFS today to grab some copepods and saltwater. Probably no coral though...probably...

Spare equipment drawer. Shamefully,I am about to add 3 heaters to it and a new inkbird once I get the IM Helio 100w sent and set.

Thanks for the kind words. I have 1 radion xr15, I'm currently running it at 45%.

I think that coral would fill that blank area so nicely.

What's your lighting setup? It's sure bringing out some nice coloration on your corals

Hey thank you,way kind. Ecotech did the work here though.
I run a Radion XR15 G6 Blue. I run the AB+ setting 60 % from 7a-7p. I also program cloud coverage into the schedule.
Previously I had run an AI Prime, which was a great little light...that replaced the Blade fixture the tank came with originally lol.

I love mine! I have the g6 pro. The app is fantastic, and I'm interested in the cloud/moonlight settings, I haven't played with those yet. When I bought my tank, it was a choice between AI prime and the xr15

The tort looking one is a random frag in the $30 rack at my LFS, the other was labeled a blue slimer I think. Honestly they're worse than weed names sometimes lol.

Thank you! Not this one, they know it's there and will mess around near it but haven't bothered to use it as host. As with past ones I'd imagine they will one day ...eventually lol.
I put my new clowns in my sump with 7 Joker BTAs. It took about 3 months for them to figure it out even in such a small space. Now, they have 3 BTAs that they switch between - a day time, afternoon, and a sleeping Nem. They always sleep in the same one but they'll bounce between the other 2 throughout the day.

Sweet! That's pretty awesome.

Yeah, my Display tank clowns have been with Anemones from the beginning. They still only get hosted by the feeding hatch...
